01 Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the jeeta bat platform and all related services. "Platform" here refers to jeeta bat's website, mobile application, and any digital services associated with it.

In these Terms, "user" or "you" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, who accesses the platform. "We", "our", or "the company" refers to the authority operating jeeta bat.

02 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

2.2 Accuracy of Information

The name, mobile number, date of birth, and other details provided at registration must be true and verifiable. If false information is given, the account will be closed immediately and any balance in the account may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. If you share your login details with a third party, you will bear full responsibility for any resulting loss. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

• Use a strong password — a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Change your password regularly.
• If you log in from a public device, log out at the end of the session.

03 Age and Eligibility Requirements

All jeeta bat services are available only to persons aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older. Accounts for those under 21 will not be approved at registration. Registering by concealing age or providing false information will render the account void.

The account holder must be a resident of Bangladesh. Accessing the platform from regions where online gaming services are not permitted under local law is prohibited. It is entirely the user's responsibility to know and comply with the applicable laws of their region.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can be used to deposit funds into jeeta bat. The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳200. Deposited funds are added to the account once successfully verified.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum amount for a withdrawal from your account is ৳1,000. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can also be used for withdrawals. Withdrawal processing typically takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.

4.3 Transaction Integrity

All financial transactions must be conducted from the individual's own mobile wallet. Depositing or withdrawing using a third party's account is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the transaction may be cancelled and the account suspended.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

jeeta bat offers various bonuses and promotional offers for its registered users. Each bonus offer has its own terms which the user must read carefully.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000 — you must wager ৳10,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus may only be claimed once, unless the terms state otherwise.
• If an attempt is made to abuse a bonus or circumvent its terms through strategic betting, the bonus may be cancelled.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The jeeta bat VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Cashback is given on weekly net losses at each tier — from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.2% at Diamond. For example: a Gold tier member with a net weekly loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled. jeeta bat's system records will be considered final in determining bet outcomes. If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, we reserve the right to correct it.

6.2 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on various sporting events including cricket and football. If a match or event is cancelled, the original stake will be refunded. If a match is not completed within the scheduled time, we will have the authority to decide on the bets for that match.

6.3 Casino Games

Slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, and other games are operated through third-party software providers. Each game has its own RTP and rules, which are visible when the game loads.

• Game results are controlled by an RNG (Random Number Generator).
• If the internet connection is lost, the result of an ongoing game will be saved in the system.
• In the event of a technical error in a game, any bet or win may be considered void.

07 Account Closure and Suspension

jeeta bat may temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a breach of these Terms or the provision of false information is found.
• If evidence of any kind of fraud, manipulation, or dishonest activity is found.
• If money laundering through the account is suspected.
• If age verification fails or evidence is found that the account holder is under 21.
• If the user themselves requests account closure.

The decision on whether to return the balance upon account closure will be made based on the circumstances of each case. If the reason for closure is a breach of terms or fraud, the balance may be forfeited.

Users may request account closure themselves. In such cases, any valid balance will be returned, but all active bonuses will be cancelled.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeeta bat platform:

• Placing bets using any automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or network.
• Bonus abuse or placing strategic bets to circumvent bonus terms.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability or bug in the platform for gain.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Depositing or withdrawing using a third party's account.
